Kapil Rampal, Founder and CEO
Having an extensive track record in PR, Kapil established Creative Crest 1999, and has been heading the agency ever since. He has received several awards and accolades in PR, and has addressed international events and forums. He previously served Live World, Inc. as a consultant, handling both key media organizations and Fortune 500 companies. He has an experience of more than 4,000 interviews, events and client activities around the world.
V. S. Kumeria, Director
With over 30 years of international experience in CSR and marketing communications, Kumeria takes the lead in formulating CSR campaigns, and managing, evaluating and auditing CSR programs for our clients. He serves as a board member in several industry organizations. He holds a post-graduate degree in marketing, and is a chartered accountant and a certified costs and works accountant.
Shruti Darshana, Account Director
Shruti has been managing key accounts in Creative Crest since 2006, including IT and ITeS companies such as InterGlobe Technologies, FiSERV, Copal Partners, the smart cube, ActiveMedia Technology & others. She has extensive experience in marketing at leading consumer companies, hospitality companies and hotels. She was previously an editor in a business newswire service. She has five Post Graduates in various aspects related to PR including MBA, and Masters in Mass Communications.
Smita Singh, Director - Strategic Operations
Smita has been associated with Creative Crest for many years and managed key national accounts including InterGlobe Technologies, The British School, Ministry of Tourism and others. Her previous experience at other large Public Relations companies across India where she also managed key accounts. She has done her Masters in Communications Management.
Pooja Sharma, Media Manager
Pooja has extensive experience in Public Relations. She has a special interest and expertise in managing clients in Education, Telecom and IT space. She has done her Masters in Advertising and Marketing Management.
Neha Gupta, Account Manager
Neha manages 360 degree integrated PR campaigns. She has been responsible for managing several key accounts for Creative Crest. She has completed two Post Graduates in the area of Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing.
Pavi Bakshi, Client Acquisition Specialist
Pavi started her career as a fashion designer. She worked with a leading boutique with a showroom in MG1. She later on joined a New York based company as a textile designer and worked with brands such as Pucci, and WestPoint Stevens. Later on, she launched her own marketing label that designed high-end fashion garments to Ogaan, Evoluzione and Attic for over two years.
Pavi was worked with one of the leading IT companies in the UK. She managed all aspects of their marketing campaigns including Public Relations and Advertising. She also managed several key accounts in the sector.
She is Masters in Visual Communication from University of Central England and Bachelors Degree from NIFT in Fashion & IT. Won several accolades both in India and the UK, the most special being an in book nomination for the highly acclaimed D&AD awards for advertising.
