    iEducation.com is a new start-up business. Its vision is “your permanent partner for life-long learning, personal growth and career development”. It is an integrated online platform to create a community for lifelong learning and career development.

    The “i” in iEducation is the integration of three elements – individualization, information technology, and industry focus. The target audience includes students, working professionals, companies and educational institutions.

    Task
    Design a business logo and business card (optional) for iEducation.com.

    Design Requirements
    • “i” must be in small capital letter
    • “E” must be in capital letter
    • “.com” must be shown in the logo, but should be smaller than “iEducation”
    • the logo should have the impression of being smart, modern, high-tech
    • all other design elements are up to your professional choice

    • Assignment 2 – Layout Design for Booklet (application skill)

      Background LG wants to create a booklet regarding the past HVAC Solution projects they have completed. The booklet will include different reference sites in India and across different industries. The target audience includes LG existing and potential customers.

      Task
      Design a sample booklet page layout for LG, which should include:
      1. Cover page (see Sample p.1)
      2. Last page (see Sample p.1)
      3. Sub-category page (see Sample p.2)

      Design Requirements
      • all word content (in LG Fonts) in the Sample Creative should be included in your design
      • all other design elements are up to your professional choice
      • you can use any dummy images, no need to be LG related

      You will need to redesign the template using a design software like Indesign, CorelDraw or Illustrator. You can use any of the programs.
